Simaddons Winnipeg : hot test

FSX. Simaddons has previously released Winnipeg on pre-paid mode. This is the full version. Terminal, textures and grounds reaches the average-good standard of quality but Simaddons calls this "premium" scenery. I am disappointed by the lack of details and hope an update...

Rome Fiumicino 2012

FS9/FSX. Quite a few were worried about the Rome Fiume development progress. I got an email update from the developer late last night. The project is very much still in progress but delayed (despite having no published release date) as DreamFactory Studios has moved to a new office location in Sweden.

Virtualcol Jetstream released

FS9/FSX. Virtualcol may not be the best aircraft maker for FS but they do indeed make very good aircraft. I personally own their Cessna T303 Crusader and I am very happy with it despite lacking some features. This one i'll be adding to my purchase list.

Cheap enough to say "Phuket, i'll buy it!"

FSX. Jtanabodee has finally released Phuket for FSX which will be a nice stop gap between Bangkok and Singapore. We are unsure if there will be a FS9 version. It looks great and for the low price of EU 14.28, Phuket, why not?

BDO Aviation, very good but...

FS9/FSX. BDO Aviation is a young Indonesian team. Talented, dedicated to FS sceneries, they already designed many freeware airports for FS9 and are launching their first payware scenery, Djakarta for FSX. However...

EIDW V2 is moving along...

FS9/FSX. Darren appears to be finished modeling the terminals for the upcoming EIDW V2. Now all there is to do is wait for Terry to texture the work and finish the ground work among lots of other things. At this pace, i'd assume a release by maybe late summer/early autumn?

FS9/FSX. It really seems lately that payware quality sceneries are being released for free whereas more and more freeware quality airports are being released as payware.

732's, 732's. It's all about 732's.

FSX. After the announcement of BlackBox releasing their 737-200 advanced for FSX it seems Captain Sim finally decided to spruce up theirs as well. Well it seems we now have a third hat in the ring and it appears the overall decision might be... well.. quite difficult after all.

And now my own first impression of Flight!

Where oh where to begin… Well for starters, I have just had my first experience with Flight which lasted about... well, a while let’s just say. I did the silly missions and listened to the instructor chick play her ukulele thing. Honestly, my impression of this platform is simply put. It’s a game. But do I like it? Well, in a word, yes. And I believe it is this feeling of mine that Microsoft was banking on. They are playing on my love for flying, my love that is… for flight.

Can’t wait for Heraklion? Then you can get Heraklion instead to hold you over until Heraklion is released.

FS9/FSX. Simbreeze has just released their version of Heraklion LGIR airport for FSX and very shortly FS9.

Fourth volume launched

FSX. The PMDG's Queen of the Sky, still in the top five hard core liners, will have its fourth livery package. A promise by Terrence and McPhat Studios. The project is launch. Let's hope editors will be less reluctant to give permissions for liveries. Otherwise...

KDCA ready !

FS9 and FSX. Tropical Sim just sent a last serie of screenshots. Washington DC has now an airport in our FS world ! Coming tomorrow on best simshops...

Almost the day of infamy !

FLIGHT. So Microsoft has finaly released its "FLIGHT" platform, betraying the very first idea the firm developed years ago about simulation. Of course, Airdailyx will not specialy cover this product as this is a toy, a cash machine, fiercely conceived to push aside all the editors who have patiently developed this market. We don't support this product.

Sturup for FS9 ? Soon ?

FSX. (Update 02/29 sorry according to comments, its for FSX. My fault).  Found today, from a forum, this project of Sturup Malmö airport ESMS. I don't speak swedish but i know for shure it's for FS9. Will try to find out a possible release date.
