FS9 and FSX. To our knowledge, this is the second US scenery from Tropical Sim, next to Daytona Beach. KDCA is an interesting addition for US North-East region. The team also reworked the surroundings of the airport. I just wanted to show you this point before any test.

Hi Mason,
I see you did not install the hotfix. Please do so, since the season's changed yesterday according to FSX. This will avoid you having a snowy airport ground with green surroundings :-)
