FS9 and FSX. Tropical Sim just sent a last serie of screenshots. Washington DC has now an airport in our FS world ! Coming tomorrow on best simshops...
I would like to buy the airport but it looks like they forgot to a 3d integrate the blue edge lighting. It is similar to KMIA. The lighting system is an integral part of an airport. You can't just leave this out.
The 3D taxiway edge lights was indeed not exported in the final build for some reason.

We are releasing a fix for this for both FS9 and FSX, and for FSX we are also releasing a fix for the airport ground since on March 1st FSX no longer loads the terrain around Washington with hard winter textures.
Our phototerain followed this nicely, but our ground polygon was changing back to non-hard winter only on March 16th. This is also in the fix.
We would also like to take this opportunity for any users who know the airport and see something missing, let us know as we plan to create another update further along to enhance the airport, pretty much like we did with Tirana after release.
