We won't land in Riga

It's always interesting to understand what are the developing costs of a new airport. I appreciate Stanislaw Drzewiecki, who just explained today why they won"t do Riga eventually.

It appears that Riga airport authority asked so much money to the team that D.D. had to give up. Riga authority even asked more money that Cracovia airport offices. As Stanislaw explains, teams usually have to pay for air ticket to take some in-depth shoots of the terminals, plus the photosatellite imagery plus.. the access to the airport.

Anyway, we have Vilnius already, and Helsinki soon, plus a lot of Polish airports and some russians in the air...

EPKK authorities actually allowed to do the photo shoot for free. Warsaw authorities gave a payware access but a 2-hour shoot costed less then 1h shoot in Riga. :)
