FSX. This is without a doubt the longest project in development in the history of Commercial Level Simulations. According to the team, the 747 project is finally on the finishing stages with release around the corner. Will this be yet another Christmas release? Exactly what I have been looking for, been testing the earlier version of CLS 747 with no luck because of the poor FMC. But as I like the classic aircrafts a bit more than the more modern ones this release is certainly a good one according to the pictures.
Somehow it feels more like I am flying when flying a classic 737 or 747 than a modern 737 NG or modern 747. And the sound from the CLS 747 is outstanding as well. Really look forward to this release even if it's after christmas.
People will probably rant me for this, but in my opinion, the 747-200 is the best looking of all the 747's.
Will this be a whole new product or update? because i have the older cls 747 and what´s exactly the differnce between old and new cls 747? Visually it seems pretty similar...
I actually agree. it's just a same that there's no decent 747-200's for FSX. This looks good but has ZERO system depth, and if CLS have rectified the FDE at least it will be flyable.
Hmm, it's not really impressive visual wise either. The interior doesn't look good. All made from photoreal, most of the textures look low-res, the texture mapping is stretched in some places etc'.
I agree with you! I think the 747-200f looks really good.
FSX native model or just the same old FS9 portover? lol
