Watch your step!

FSX/P3D. Orbx is so far along on their research and development, some times I wonder what they will think of next. Here is one, how about my prop actually chopping all that grass! Or how about Russ' new EGML Damyn's Hall Aerodrome, just looking at it is activating my sinuses! Perhaps we don't want their feature flow technology to go that far... I can see it now: Orbx sinus flow! Have a look at Russ White's latest work. And if you are wondering what airport he will develop next, don't worry. It's PAEN Kenai in SAK!

I wonder why the folks at ORBX are not developing serious airports for the regions and focus on airtrips and airfields nobody will ever bother to fly to / from.

Maybe they realise not everybody wants to fly the NGX or Dash 8 from big airports. I actually quite enjoy the smaller airfields.

If JV or anyone from Orbx is reading this, how about doing Maypole EGHB - it's would fit really well into your current line of small rural airstrips.

Better still, how about having a go at Manston EGMH - a very historic airfield with one of the largest runways in the country.

Actually, Kenai is a fairly important airport for people living in and visiting Alaska. It's about a half day drive from Anchorage. For sportsmen, it has world class salmon fishing. Plus there is enough business there to justify flights for business people living in Anchorage.

Keep in mind that most travel in Alaska is by air.

Other towns on my Alaska list would include Homer, Kodiak, Cordova, Valdez, Sitka, Barrow, Kotzebue and Bethel.

"Other towns on my Alaska list would include Homer, Kodiak, Cordova, Valdez, Sitka, Barrow, Kotzebue and Bethel." Sounds just perfect T.J. After all, flying' is the best way to travel in Alaska :) I'd love to see Kodiak, Sitka, Valdez and Barrow in particular!

Orbx are still very much doing bigger (medium size) airports. Damyns Hall has been a side project for Russ whilst he has been developing the bigger airports.

I'm heading down to Cambridge airport this weekend to photograph. This will be Lars's next project
