FSX/P3D. Carenado is totally kicking ass this year. I have no idea how these guys are releasing so many aircraft. But I do liken them to Orbx. Between these 2 companies, no other is releasing more aircraft and sceneries. Next up on deck from Carenado is the Beechcraft 1900D. My expectation? An October release. Let's hope they will also include the 1900C cargo version later on. And that ERA Alaska paint looks so sexy! Jim Tweeto would be so proud. Have a look at the latest shots!

It's essentially a bigger version of the b200. The NZ livery looks cool.. thus far, very nice.
I kinda wonder when alabeo pops up with a new r66 update.. been like two weeks since the last one. Taking into consideration it's the same folks as carenado and that carenado delivered an update today... well *fingers crossed*.
Systems systems systems and systems again! Whats the point of having a variety of different airplanes on the market if the systems are not modelled correctly......
I agree with you Kaman
It looks beautiful, but that is all. Same goes for the rest of carenado's fleet unfortunately.
Maybe a funny thing, but only as long as they didnt include their useless G1000 and Avdyne Systems by default.
Looking fantastic and a must have for me.
It`s going to be a beauty!!
Systems are lacking with any of the Carenado planes. This one will likely to follow the herd. Not sure why Carenado people are so reluctant about investing into good G1000 and other gauges and spend time modelling a bit more flight dynamics, fuel transfer systems, sound (oh boy, that's something lacking every time!).
Simple, stop buying them until they add at least a few of the things some would like to see. As long as enough buy these planes in the state they are released, there will be no change in their policy. This is quantity, not quality. They may look good enough, but they are not even vaguely near simulating the aircraft the models depicted.
I stopped buying into Carenado some time ago.
That's the point! The purchases (= amount of money earned) is the main driving force or incentive for a developer to its product line. Stop buying and you got a better chance to be listened to... (look at their support on Carenado's AVSIM forum - pity to say the least!)
Me, too. Primarily, in course of this useless G1000 and Avdyne Systems. Maybe they gonna get smarter now, as they sold the C206 seperatly with analog gauges as well.
I'm not a huge carenado fan for many of the reasons already stated. However, if they release a version with basic NAV radios and no GPS, like the ones Great Lakes flies, I'll be OK with that.
I'll stop buying them if the price goes up for systems I don't have time to use :)
Okay folks. The horse is beaten. If it doesnt work out for you, dont buy it. But this discussion has gotten pretty old now. I think the developer has heard your concerns.
