As we draw closer to release this month, we will without a doubt see more previews plus our own FirstLook after release so stay tuned and be sure to check out Frooglesim for some very cool and informative videos!

Then Froggle was a beta tester... hummm, he didn't say anything about this. It's time to go over him and get information about release date... he must know!

Don't worry I was just joking :)

Images are great. I would like to see some images comparing the 777 and the 737 in the same gate, for exemple, just to make an idea of their real size.

I just uninstalled FS9 based around the &&&. I did a clean install of FSX in anticipation of the big day! WELL WELL WELL! Back to LAG LAG LAG! I can't stand it!Uninstall and back to FS9. Even it means no full screen mode due to Windows 7 compatibility isues. IFly PMDG 747 and Level D. I can put up with that. It is a real shame as the 777 without stating the obvious would be a great bird!

Well Oshkosh got me all pumped up on GA again, and with FTXG just out, low and slow is like a whole new experience. So the 777, which I was Jonesing for 6 months ago, is now the last thing on my mind. Cool news though for the heavy hold outs. Woot!

Did you try tweaking your fsx? And turning down the autogen slider? I have a pretty crappy computer myself, but fsx runs fine with a decent amount of addons.

Yes, if you only want to do the bare essentials then really there's not much to flying the T7 (even compared to the 737NG) - but who buys PMDG level aircraft to just do everything you can do with the CS777?

I am looking forward to the DC6 as well though and it's a shame it seems to have been put on the backburner to get the T7 out.

Ok fair enough, there are a few buttons to push on the MCDU first after consulting Topcat and your flight planner ;)

Yes, FS9 and FSX on the same partition is no problem.

As FSX is all CPU, your clock speed is going to give you disappointing results. It's all in the eye-of-the-beholder of course, but for me 4Ghz is the line where you can have quality and good FPS.
If you are able to upgrade look at the i5 2500K processor that you can easily overclock to over 4Ghz in the BIOS. Money well spent. Thank me later! :)

Do you think anyone gives a flying f... squirrel whether you prefer low and slow now?

This is the most anticipated release for FSX in a long time!
