Was a good decision in product stratgy from Carenado to sell it seperatly.

I actualy bought the the CT206H course it does not have their G1000. Instead they delivered a RXP GNS integration. And with that, Carenado proofs again that there is no need for a support from RXP (what Aerosoft always wants to make us believe on their Twotter).

p.s I am very satisfied with the CT206H themself. Engine datas and flight dynamics comes close to the real one and gives a good "Cessna feeling", esp. on Landing. Good work !

Oooooo kay .......... Well that was just a complete waste of fifteen bucks. I think I'm done with Carenado. Their Alabeo division keeps cranking out hits imho, but these G1000 titles not. Carenado if your listening, go hang out with your Alabeo guys and learn, and give us a tundra version of the 206.

Really, you are going to beat that dead horse. Ask yourself this question, how long has Carenado been dealing with Reality XP? How about long before the Twin Otter Extended, and how about long before XP quit answering support and emails. You got all the answers, send the proper support to information to Aerosoft so they can have it. They are NOT trying to keep anyone from using Reality XP, there is no reason not to. Mathijs Made it clear what the reason was.

Alabeo is OWNED by Carenado.
Also, if you really didn't like it, send them an email and ask for a refund (provided you have reasonable demands, they will return your money).

Well just like the TBM and Cirrus, this G1000 turns my 206 into a MSE aircraft. That is its pretty smooth over Mega Scenery Earth with autogen off, scenery complexity dense, LOD of 6.5, and water Low 2x. Over Orbx scenery with settings adjusted to get it looking good, the steam 206 is pretty smooth, G1000 forget it (Sandy@5.0ghz/8gb/Geforce6900)Yeah this G1000 is crippled, but at least it has TAWS, adjustable brightness, and checklist which my F1 King Air doesn't, and it doesn't have to be reinstalled every other day to get the proper fonts working like my F1 KA does. In my opinion this G1000 should have been included in the original pricing. Agree 206 Tundra and Float versions are needed.

Is English your second language? Seriously. What part of "Their Alabeo Division" in my sentence above, or "your Alabeo guys" makes you think I don't know Alabeo is a division of Carenado? Ehhh a division of a company is just that, part of a company lol....

I commented that lots of times now: there are no developers anymore on RXP and it is not needed as long as the developer didnt include the GPS in their gauge files. And thats what the Twotter developer has done, so its unable to replace the GPS and Aerosoft wants to give the blame to RXP for that. As Carenado has been proofed again: there is no "support" needed by RXP.

Anyway, I expect Aerosoft wants a transparent gauge from RXP for their Twotter, why should RXP do this for just one addon developer for free thats not been needed by anyone else ? Thats a development request, not a simple support issue.

The blame is on the Aersoft developers, not on RXP as they want to make us believe.

p.s whats about their own products, like FSMaps ? The same thing: unable to replace the GPS in the Twotter, so no way, either.

My apologies. I misread. No need to get your panties in a twist.
And yes, you guessed correctly. English IS my second language, but that doesn't excuse me from misunderstanding your statement.

Yeah, it's a pity Aerosoft couldn't get some input from Marcel on the Twin Otter project, he did such a superb job at making both the RXP and FSMap gauges works in 3D within the Katana (published by Aerosoft), that is a truly awesome little plane.
