FSX/P3D/P3Dv2. I stumbled upon some very interesting looking screenshots that Jordan is showing of his CYRV Revelstoke Airport project. I'm guessing it's going to be freeware, though I'm not sure. The screenshots certainly ooze quality and the location in the Northern Rockies is ideal for exploring that part of the world.
CYRV is also the home base of Arrow Helicopters and no wonder, the airports seems like an ideal location for exploring the surroundings by helicopter.
I hope that Jordan finds the time to finish this project, I'm most definitely looking forward to it being released. A quick peek at imagery available from Google shows that Revelstoke Airport seems to have a very interesting approach:

Don't recognise the developer but his work here looks very nice and you're right about the approach...very interesting. Good luck to him in finishing this...I do think it looks very promising from the shots so far :-)
