While I wasn't posting news over the weekend....

My dad treated me to a nice little Piper Arrow for my birthday. Flight is out of Riverside Muni. The weather was over 90F which created some really heavy thermal activity. If you listen closely enough, you will hear my wife scream as we drop and pull a G or 2. The active was 34 because of a 5kt crosswind out of the north but given our weight with 4 of us on board, we elected for 27 to make use of the longer runway. The second we were airborne you see me turning in as we fight the crosswind. I sat right seat as only the left had toe breaks. Lake Matthews, Elsinore, and Perris are in the distance. My landing is on a separate vid which i'll upload later. D'

Nice time! I was flying in norcal on Friday. 72 degrees, crystal clear skies, and no wind to speak of. Perfectamundo!

Nice day there in Riverside DAndre.

I love the two handed death grip on the yoke you have there. LOL.

Next time you fly, try to focus on only using one hand. You will find you will have better control and feel of the aircraft and will become more relaxed. Let the trim do the work. I always encouraged my students to fly using just their fingers to reinforce this concept. Great job and video, thanks for sharing.
