Last time I checked, it said the release date was June 2013. Does anyone have a more specific date?

John V: "I can also reveal we have a payware airports(s) and scenery planned for the Shetlands"

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE let it be Russ White or Lars 29Palms!

Sumburgh will be done by 29Palms, as will Aberdeen. They are about 60% done with Southampton now.

I did not say there won't be anymore UK airports, that's been taken out of context. Rather, we feel the market wants more than grass or small GA strips stuck in the SE/SW of the UK so we will be making out choices more carefully and spending more time on larger airports which are either Q400 or NGX capable.

John V: "Sumburgh by 29Palms is confirmed, they may add in a bonus strip as well."

YEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think that it is an excellent idea to have some larger regional airports. Whilst the small grass strip aerodromes are ok, we need some of the larger ones as well, and of the existing ORBX UK payware airports I think that Shoreham is the best. Will definitely buy Southampton when it is released, and would like to see such airports as Leeds Bradford, Manchester, Plymouth, Bristol, Liverpool, Blackpool and similar. And the announced Scotland airports certainly sound good.

Orbx is going to do a payware version of Sumburgh and its Lars and 29 palms that's going to do it. Great news indeed, so you can warm that 146 up Immanuel.

I also agree! This is definitely going to fit better and be great news for the UK market! I'm in for any of those plus many more (East midlands can be added to your list too Aviator man plus loads of others). Bristol is something I want. But if there's an interesting small airport, like Barra beach or anything in Wales, I'd get them too.

JV, Aberdeen is a great choice (and by 29 palms, just WOW!). An important airport for the North Sea oil and gas industry. And these airports will also be great for flights to and from Norway when Orbx starts there next! All just the best news! This is a change for the better indeed.

Scotland is sure to be a hit. As much as I love England in real world, in the sim, it is a bit of a boring landscape...

But I think Scotland, Scandinavia, and the Alps areas, could easily be the next popular PNW type sceneries. FlyLogoc is good, but Orbx is much better!
