Such ugly textures and makes the airport feel lifeless. Should be freeware.

Their modeling skills really aren't bad at all. If they would learn some texturing techniques so their textures aren't as flat and cartoony, I think they would be pretty good competitors in the scenery market!

What's the point? SunSkyJet's DTW is going to blow this one out of the water as it is!

...AND IT WILL BE FREE...

Are you blind or just new to the fs world???

Do not buy it! Blueprint is barely at freeware quality! Wait for Sunskyjet's superior freeware to come out! I had one of there products and it was awful, dont waste your money!

to be fair to Blueprint, their airports are better then the default by far and they are prices pretty fairly in my opinion but they lightyears behind FlyTampa, FSDT, even Aerosoft

Honestly, I think there is nothing wrong with Blueprint's modeling. They have to work on texturing, using techniques like ambient occlusion, multiplying textures in photoshop and so on. Their modeling is great though :)

Y'never know, I think if blueprint REALLY worked on their texturing more often, they could actually be one of the best scenery developers on the market.

I am a customer of this scenery. Apart from the bland texture, the scenery is really good. It's an accurate rendition. If you don't like the scenery, that's of course okay. However, you cannot stop others from speaking good of it.

That just means ur taste and hardware is equally shitty :P

Well, I guess it's more targetted for those who don't have the computer firepower to run detailed sceneries from fsdreamteam, orbx, Aerosoft. If they worked on their textures, I'm pretty sure they'll have pretty good sceneries. Hey, maybe in the future, they'll end up with high quality sceneries. Who knows.

I wouldn't call it freeware, but 'cheapware'. $10 max.

Well it's the internet, people are entitled to opinions. If they don't like Orbx, then they don't like it. People here are Airdaily like to bash Blueprint (in a nice way) because thats how they feel. Stop being all "everyone needs to like this or that". That's not how the world works.

Where can I get Orbyx's Detroit scenery? I think it's really cool that Orbyx has done Detroit!

It shows the sorry state of the FS industry. On one hand you have Orbx YBBN which looks good(at least at the time) but runs like absolute bollocks & on the other hand you have Blueprint with their bland scenery which at least runs okay.

The FS industry should have some sort of submission & approval body like which console software has. It would be great for customers & would save us a fortune of lame scenery like YBBN.

I vote for Air Daily approval body. You guys should decide if a scenery is good enough to be 'payware' in this minefield of a market.

What a dumb post! REALLY? COME ON! If you don't like it, don't buy it! Simple as that.

-18,000,000 to you sir ":P"

SunSkyJet DTW looks like payware, but will be free. Blueprint looks like freeware but you have to pay. Anybody else see the problem here?

Anonymous said...

Shhhhh! Don't encourage Sun Sky Jet to charge for their sceneries! My FS budget is so small as it is. I would pay for Sun Sky Jet thought...without a doubt!

blueprint should be paying you to download it lol
