More from A_A Sceneries Bangkok (VTBS)!

FSX. A_A Sceneries (aka FSdeveloper user jtanabodee) has released some more preview captures from Bangkok (VTBS). This time around we get a look at the airport in the rain, still looking quite promising. Release should be sooner than later. Just hope the FPS as shown in one of the pics is not indicative of the scenery. See inside for the latest pics.

Very low FPS in the below shot? Perhaps a low end computer or something else? Just hope this is not indicative of the scenery. Otherwise, looks very promising!

I agree. Hope this is far from finished cos the quality is just not good enough. Will only buy if better quality than previous version too. Its 2013. However, I'm hoping these are still early shots as it would be a shame. This airport still needs a good quality with reasonable performance scenery. Fingers tightly crossed but little hope as it stands at this stage. I do want and will buy a good quality Bangkok airport only for PMDG 777 flights.

I think its the ground textures that let it down most of all. This one thing makes the biggest difference these days. Needs to fing a way to improve these whilst not totally killing frames. A difficult job, I admit, but can't purchase it with those ground textures these days.

I also noticed that the ground textures are not very sharp.

Thankyou...finally i see people are agreeing with what i was saying ages ago about this chaps work. Its a matter of personal opinion but this just wont do for me in terms of handing my cash over. Frames are vital as is quality...i hope too that we get a good Bangkok someday for FSX.

Frames/Sec = 8.9? This is simply unacceptable. The developer said he could have released the scenery already, but didn't do so cause he couldn't resist to add more features. And what we see now? Frame rate going down and down and down... Disappointing.
I own VTBS from Armi Project and it's frames killer. It seems we're gonna have another slide show version.
Won't waste my money again. Let's hope Fly Tampa will do it some day as a good VTBS scenery is really missing.

Just clarifying ... this developer was also responsible for Armi Project version.

it's good enough for me.it's hard to find someone who willing to do airports in Thailand or Malaysia..

8.9, and without aircraft shadows! We don't know his system specs, but that is pretty bad. Bangkok is a big airport, but not that big and busy.

Looks like I will pass on this one as well. This developer is also very bad with support and only offers it through facebook. Also unacceptable.

He needs a website. Just facebook is unprofessional, in my opinion. I will never use facebook. I agree with a lot of the above too. It needs to be better quality and work too. Bigger airports have been done with good frames. Look at Fly Tampa's Dubai. Amazing. I would buy from this developer or any if this airport was done well but as it stands, I also feel only a Fly Tampa or Flightbeam version would allow me to part with my money without a second thought. Good luck if aiming to improve to high quality A A sceneries(or if not to whoever does do this to a very good 2013 standard)as I will definitely then buy it. I have wanted it for years.

A_A Sceneries is run by a single individual who is making airports as a part time job..so give him a little bit of respect!

You really do need to learn what the word respect means mate. There's only criticism here and its true and fair. So go learn the difference first before pointing out facts we already know about the developer that don't change our opinions about the project as it stands. We hope he improves the scenery and wish him well. End of story!
