Hardware. Well, I'm not quite "die hard" enough to buy this thing, but I really like the concept... The panel is designed for compatibility with Saitek components - you have the choice of purchasing just the panel or the full package including all components if your credit card can handle it... Apparently, the panel attaches directly to your desk and off you go. See more inside.
The panel is titled "Flight Training Cockpit Advanced Panel" and is available at Pilot Mall. The purpose of this product is obviously serious flight training but still could be fun for more casual simmers. However, I only see a price for the panel alone, the full package pricing is not listed, generally a bad sign...

well it´s not that big deal for me as i know the hardware from Saitek is not a big deal the displays and such are quite limited to default planes and then the the nice idear behind hardware is gone. if it was more compertible whit more then just default stuff it might be a better choise
It'll last you about 6 months before it breaks and you have to replace it...
That full package goes beyond 2000 - 2500 USD. I have some parts of that and I'm quite happy with it, but those small instrument panels are damn expensive (140$ one) and you need at least 6.
