Customer Support gone.

It now seems AirSimmer is officially without customer support. After the situation that is transpiring in the Avsim FS9 forum, Rob, the only person offering support has resigned from the position.
I have a couple of links here you might find interesting about the alleged downfall of AirSimmer. Would be nice to see QualityWings take over the project.

AirSimmer Customer Support - Absolutely Appalling

It's very sad to see something that could have been great have such a horrible downfall. I always saw this coming and made my opinions known in the ASim forum years ago. Zoya also promised me things she never made good on either. Oh well. Maybe someone else will volunteer to offer support on the site.

We wish all the best to Rob who assisted when no one else would.

Dont buy that dodgy crap, stick with real developer houses... Aerosoft, PMDG, ORBX, A2A etc..

The Airsimmer is utterly broken as-is, and it's for FS9 anyway so no one will be interested, especially with FSLabs and Aerosoft just around the corner.

Did you know that the reknowned FlightSimLabs is working on A320 too? http://www.flightsimlabs.com/aircraft/a320/

From the comments on Avsim, it was customer support in name only. It looks like an incomplete and buggy product that was not throroughly tested and does not work as promised. Then they messed it up by adding DRM which blocks legitimate purchasers from using the product. This is topped off with rude and termperatmental "customer support" from someone who was not even being paid. And they want $90 for this?

The second comment is useless, what you mean its for fs9 nobody is interested....
More than 40% are still using FS9 or FS9 and FSX
FSX isnot that powerful as most of you think

I have it and its a product with tremendous potential..its just a case of poor management. Its much better than the Airbus X and I'm sure it will be better than the Airbus X Extended too.
