After reviews with their lawyers, PMDG confirms that Lockheed Martin EULAS, as industrial clauses, are not compatible with their current business model and philosophy. The strong relation established with Boeing is another limitation.

I can say this already. If PMDG is truly responsible for a large population of simmers to leave FS9 for FSX then no PMDG in P3D means the majority of both FSX and FS9 users will stay put. Is anyone thinking X-Plane? Just curious.
the avsim post is quite interesting. Before it seemed very much like PMDG had shut the doors on P3D now it seems the door is still open and almost them sort of saying "hey we wouldn't mind our planes on P3D, but first get the EULA straight" now its all on P3D's court, lets hope theres enough die hard PMDG wanting to move onto P3D to pressure P3D a bit to work something out
Simple logic really. When the FS9'rs (and there's lots of em) finally make the move will they go to a dead sim like FSX or a developing one like P3D?
As an FS9-ers i will never use FSX and probably left there P3D. To me i think that XPlane will explode in the next few years.
