Myrtle Beach

FSX/P3D. I know a good ground image when I see one. The latest shot from TAG.

Great scenery, BUT this airport has some serious frame-rate issues!

While I get frame-rates around 30 at most smaller airports, the larger and more busy ones, like FS Dreamteam's KLAX and KFLL, usually allow for FPS in the lower 20s. Unfortunately taxiing around Myrtle Beach I get around 15 on average and they drop as low as 12!

So while the scenery here certainly looks great, it seems The Airport Guys certainly need to learn a thing or two about optimizing their scenery to allow for better frame rates.

Personally I find such low frame-rates at an airport like this rather unacceptable, especially since I get much higher frames at other considerably more dense and complex airports with identical settings!
