There is an (unbelievable) possibility that some webshops keep selling some old products from bankrupt designers. If this is true, where goes the money ? What is the actual policy regarding customer support ?

I know for sure that for instance LAGO products have been on the market (and maybe still are) for long after the company folded.I am sure there are other examples as well. And NOT only for webshops...... especially boxed products will be subject to this.
