A2ASimulations and Accu-sim have finally released the C172 Trainer which is promising to be the most useful C172 ever released for FS designed for both professional commercial pilot training and entertainment enjoyment. The list of feature is indeed extensive and the aircraft is designed and built to be flown "By The Book." So no skipping corners folks. This is the real deal! But she doesn't come cheap!
