FSX. After a long absence of new updates finally some news regarding the Aerosoft (DA) CRJ. Firstly, the project is far from dead but has indeed been significantly delayed. In fact, Mathijs Kok of Aerosoft has confirmed that the product will be shown in action at the upcoming flight simulator conference in Paderborn, Germany. Good news, maybe the long wait is finally coming to an end? Take a look back at some older development shots inside.

WOW!! I love the AO texture baking on that CRJ, especially the VC!
I have no faith this will happen.
If IRIS is going to make a payware CRJ (they've already released a freeware version) then I'll be waiting for the IRIS then decide to get Aerosoft or IRIS. :D
Wondering how the performance is, since they started very long ago and the design techniques were not so much advanced as today? Looking great but hope they could improve these techniques. :)
Oh, this old tripe again...This has gone on so long its became stale, boring, tired of the excuses along the way...still waiting for a project that was announced 2009!.
The CRJ's are looking very good. Awesome modeling.
Now I hope they're making all Embraer E-Jets and ATR 72-600.
Will it come with a virtual cockpit, or just a promise of one in the future?
lol the VC is already done as shown in the picture
It will be released in 2014, with the first patch to make it flyable coming in 2021. By then we'll all have personal jetpacks and FS.anything will be a footnote in history. Like Ponger...
