FS9/FSX/P3D. For those of you interested in the the joint TFDi Design/FSDGroup Boeing 717, TFDi has summarized some project detail information in their latest monthly update. The project will be released as an initial "lite" version to be followed by a free upgrade to the "advanced" version. More details and up to date project shots inside.
The initial "lite" version will simulate all systems needed for standard operations - these systems will be simulated "to an enjoyable level" as per TFDi. Further, an FMC is planned for the "lite" version as well. Later, when the advanced version is released users will have the option of either simplified or in-depth aircraft systems. Really? Do you know something we don't know?
I'm a little cautious on this one, has anyone actually seen a "Lite" product released for FS which was EVER successfully updated/upgraded to a full version? Air Simmer and the likes of which come to mind...
