If anyone would like to use San Diego Buildings 2.1 with this wonderful creation, but doesn't want conflicting buildings, simply place this above in the scenery library. ~good flying~:)
looks great. frames good for me but afcad needs work. I have a private jet parking at terminal 2 and United parking needs works as Continental/United parks at terminal 2 and old United terminal 1. Additionally I see a United Express parking at terminal 2, this should be parked at the commuter terminal. Will keep testing.
Hi, If anyone is having issues with performance, please post in our forum so we can help. The marina's boats are known to cause some issues, but generally speaking all reports regarding performance was great, and so I am surprised people are having issues. About parking CO/UA parks as you mentiond in both Term 1 and 2, but since we completed the term 2 expansion, the airport authorities expect to give the 10 new gates to UA/CO and thus we assigned those new gates to UA/CO and in term 1 we gave the additional free ones to SW.
If United Express is parked at term 2, that's odd because they should be at the commuter unless the parking code of that airplane is UAL and that's the parking code that should allow to park at term 2.
I just tested PMDG 737-700 from KLAS-KSAN, average FPS 15-25 for me on approach and 20+ on the ground. I got the same in the CLS 146. NO CTDs yet and I have put this thing through its paces, just having issue with United Express parking terminal 2. I code them UALX. Should I add something else?
Nice day for flying KSA as we are getting some nice gusts up to 25
Okay so with UT2 REX NGX on a I5 2500K at 3.9 ghz and a GTX 460 I average 18 fps on approach an 21 fps at takeoff. Way better than MIA which I get 12 fps from 8R. About to finish KDFW - KSAN fingers crossdd for three hours no CTD
I have the locked 35 FPS with AXE and iFly with high settings. Only on short final into rwy 27 there is a short drop to arround 26-28 FPS. No problem at all. (i2500K @ 4,2)
The scenery looks very good in my opinion. The airport itself is not the best what we can get in FSX,
but
the surroundings of the airport that define the beauty of this place so much are very detailed. If you visited this area in real life you find almost anything in this scenery. Night textures of the airport "surroundings" look far better and realistic than what a high end development like FT Montreal has to offer. Their night ground texture of the city areas are way too bright and spoil the whole scenery. But here nice not overbright texturing that works fine with Megascenery Socal or Gex night textures.
Montreal uses photo scenery which will blur on low end computers because of the poor microsoft technology involved. Default terrain will be sharper because it tiled all over.

Brian, Do the two sceneries merge together nicely? How about FPS and OOM issues?
Great job with SD Buildings BTW! I will be adding it my scenery library soon.
Anyone else have framerate problems with this? I get an disappointing low frames & some stuttering.
I got it! Its not bad.
Some of the texturing is very poor & the frame rate dips a lot. Apart from that, its fairly nice.
Certainly not Orbx but better than stock.
6/10
It a bit to expensive considering the quality.
I'll pass i think. Shame they had to be greedy.

As I said, please go to our forums.

Average FPS for me too. Not really flyable in PMDG.
im sorry 20 euros for this is expensive?? I think LatinVFR scenery is actually reasonably priced for what you get!

I get about 10-15 FPS on finals in PMDG NGX.
Not ideal but I can live with it until a better SAN comes out.

I'm slightly disappointed with the quality but it is better than their problematic MIA.
I hope FSDT do MIA & Flytampa do SAN soon.
There will be an updated MIA V2 soon.

I think most the surrounding at SAN are just MS default or whatever GEX/UT you have. The whole SAN area is pretty good even without this scenery.

Hey guys,
When do you intend to release a review of KSAN? I'm curious to see/know more about this scenery, specially regarding it's performance.
Thanks!
Performance is great for this scenery, I get with the NGX, AI etc not less than 25 FPS
