FSX/P3D. Three weeks ago, we told you about problems encountered by some popular teams. It's time to "declassify" a few informations here.
It appears that more and more developers want to use high definition textures for their projects (aircrafts and airports) but, quite logically, older versions of 3DS Max cannot handle it.
A newer version of 3DS Max can now manage these resolutions but developers apparently need to use Lockheed Martin P3D new plugins. Unfortunately, they have all experienced massive difficulties (like memory leaks or data losses) with these new plugins.
And Lockheed Martin developers are still not able to fix this.
Who are these developers ?

Skysoft and more..
I am not a developer. But our readers must be informed if some projects can be delayed. And i am counting on this post to let people speak and explain these problems.
Other relevant informations :
- Last year, Orbx clearly stated that they wanted to stop - temporary - developing heavy airports.
