Well, I count four(!) Dubai sceneries under development. Tim, Jonah, possibly FlyTampa plus a developer called Mohammad Esam. He also posted screenshots on the Aerosoft and fsdeveloper forums. Now that's some serious competition!

All of these people are retards , no Dubai and thats the end of the story well atleast from evolution sim there isnt.
