Well, I count four(!) Dubai sceneries under development. Tim, Jonah, possibly FlyTampa plus a developer called Mohammad Esam. He also posted screenshots on the Aerosoft and fsdeveloper forums. Now that's some serious competition!
We will both continue with Dubai. Tim with one and I with one. So there came one Dubai Scenery extra in Development. Don't worry... we will continue!
