FSX. Orbx has just released Stewart CZST in British Columbia. Nice stop between Ketchikan and Prince George (Simaddons) or just to explore the Pacific Fjords mega scenery. As already said, first scenery with a resolution of 2 cm/pixel.
Also included, PeopleFlow, SnowFlow, NatureFlow...
