The editor has published many screenshots of the airport itself, so here are some shots from the town and surroundings. Postcard Puerto Vallarta is not just an airport !

I find that the buildings and some objects are huge next to an aircraft. In fact, if they were like that in real life they would be placed all over the charts as obstacles to be noted. Check out the screenshot with the billboard of a girl holding a beer. The plane looks like a car next to it.

their sceneries look good, but its true, they seem to exaggerate a bit proportions of objects.

I beg to differ. Pac Islands got the billboards right at the usual size and height. See 1:13 of this real life approach to landing video at MMPR. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k91uuJ-dqOg&feature=related

the scenery is lovely, but take a look a this

is this real?

Yep, I saw that. But as in real life, if an object is closer to the camera, they are bigger than what it is relative to other objects further away. You could call it optical illusion. Btw, do you have their scenery? I have it and it looks very reasonable to me. I can show you picture of that same billboard from different angle if you like.

yes, but to me it looks as if the girl is wayyy higher than the boeing 747. if you can show me the angle looking from runway to that sign if possible. haven't bought since that has put me off from purchasing. Also the buildings on final approach but that could be more accepted as being made in purpose.

lol, I've been watching this post and want to chime in. Thanks for the critical individual reviews from one and all. I always accept criticisms, whether positive or negative. More often than not - negative, so that we improve and sharpen our work skills. Having stated that, I think the last poster nailed it to the point that we got the height and size right, ..at least from our standpoint. Note that unless local municipal ordinance dictate, there are really no reasonable level as to how far billboard height goes. You should see some of the McDonald billboards here in the States. The higher they go, the more bang for their buck return on their advert investments. As for MMPR, the very video linked above by one of you guys was used to estimate height of billboards around the airport area. And as you can see, the billboards are elevated much higher than the trees to gain more advert exposure. As for buildings and billboards being hazzard to aircraft, let me point out that they are nowhere within vicinity from a latteral and horizontal approach flight path perspective. Kind regards.

I want to buy it, but like I said the screenshots make me believe that the objects are huge in proportion, can you post a screenshot of an aircraft next to that Cuervo sign? thanks mate.

Hi, perhaps you might want to get in touch with me direct at toksawe@gmail.com so I can send you a picture or 2. But if you hold strongly that the Cuervo sign is stopping you from buying then that is your decision, so I can't help you there. Continually raising the same issue just to slight the product won't get you and I anywhere. Remember, we can always adjust the sign to fit your preference if you like. Its no big deal; but let me assure you that those who've bought the product so far have not raised any issues with the billboard sign or any other related issues. Kind regards.
