The official purpose : developing fun stuffs for the major home flight simulators.
How : Carenado will support the new company providing its expertise./... and a vast commercial expertise.

Our opinion : Alabeo might be a new team to developp aircrafts specifically for some new platforms.
to develop new products for FS word. (Or it might be just a name to sell some sub-quality projects).
