FSX. They created Wonderful Rio, developed FS addons for a long time and are coming back under a brand new name : X-Scena. (Thanks to "cmpbllsjc" who has mentionned this info on a forum).
The first title - still in pre-order status for a few days - is Fernando de Noronha SBFN, the brasilian island located north-east of Natal (the AF-447 almost flew over this island).
X-Scena will offer chea prices and special discount for virtual airlines.
Another good news is that this team takes care of visitors. I sent them an email this morning and they answered me quickly.

Why shouldn't we take care if the whole idea behind the sceneries would be pleasing the flight sim community? We will launch SBFN next week, but because Mr. Mason has found out our site prior to the announcement, we are offering a pre-order sales with an interesting price. Regular price will be $15.99.
