Bornholm X 2011 : hot test (FS9 version)

FS9 (and later, FSX). Drzewiecki Design, the polish team, was probably not aware of Vidan Design's project when they started their own. But since there was another Bornholm in competition, they took their time to work on their vision of this danish airport and island.

Installation :
Simple. You just need to set the right path to FS9. The file will install in Addon scenery and you will have to record it in the libray.
One file of 280 mb.

The scenery includes the islands of Bornhom and Christianso plus the Intl. airport of Ronne EKRN.
The whole islands are covered with custom and seasonal ground textures, a custom autogen, including landmarks. Around the airport, there is even a custom road traffic and we can see cars moving around the main airport parking.

The design of the airport is almost irreproachable, day and night. High definition textures, static aircrafts, moving cars, lights, are really giving some life to the place. Drzewiecki team published a lot of day views of the airport, so i am inserting here some night views and some winter and fall screenshots.

The bad :
The harbor coasts of Nekso and Hasle have not been drawn  as mush carefully as Ronne harbor (i mean we see some pixellisation).

The good :
Magnificent details in the airport, seasonal textures and trees (especially designed by the team), some landmarks.
The location of Bornholm island, half way from Poland, Denmark, Germany and Sweden.

The harbor of Ronne.

Photoreal ground textures

Road traffic near the airport

Hmm.. some pixels here on Hasle harbor.

Colorful autogen and textures at night.
