A good base in South-west USA for ten dollars

These last days, my attention is focused on south-west region of United States. Orbx is still working on NA Blue Southern rockies, Flightdream is cooking Oakland and FSDreamteam has already unveiled incredible images of KLAX. This region is the place to be. I had already installed FSDT KLAS, Imagine KSJC, Flightbeam KSFO and Taxi2gate Tijuana.../..

But i was also looking for something different, a good base to enjoy the west american rockies. And i finally found this morning on a webshop, the Megascenery Reno/Tahoe in Nevada for.... 10 dollars (8 €). This product isn't new (2008) but graphically, the photoreal ground has a 1,19 meter /pixel and is based on 7 inches/pixel satellite imagery. Reno/Tahoe KRNO totally fits the ground imagery but of course here, dont expect much than the defaut airport (there is maybe some freeware available). Two good news ; i was not really bothered by blurries areas. 1 or 2 briefly appeared but they vanished in a flash. MegasceneryX Reno/Tahoe also includes night scenery and with Ultimate Terrain USA, the evening landscape around Reno was wonderful.
