Darren and Vikki Vincent, designers of Earth Simulations, are announcing a significative expansion of their shop's products range. Products will not only be sorted by simulation category (Air, Sea, Land..) but with different kind of flight platforms accordingly ; FS, X Plane etc. For instance, VFR scenery for X-Plane 9 is now available on E.S. webshop.
As well as these new alternative sims, Darren and Vikki will extend their portfolio to Orbx FTX, as they are entitled reseller. E.S. is still investing on development (Isle of Man, Guernsey) that includes some partnership from times to times. Guernsey will be the next release in a few weeks we hope.
How to "decipher" this new move ? Designers need more and more to diversify their activities. With excessive commission rates of some large webshops, small developers are now extending their activity to this new activity and try to get new opportunities.
