Zones of conflict

Oh its not a joke. Latin VFR, Tropical Sim and Intersim Studios might have definitely plunged themself into a terrible war. The war zone ? Caribbean, South America and maybe Central America soon. In last october, i already wrote an article on this. But things are getting worse. It is a fact that designers are interested by the same airports ; Sao Paulo Guarulhos, Montevideo, La Havana etc.
First, these platforms are requested again and again by simmers. Second, over there, its not difficult to find good photo materials...  To win this war, some designers found a new trick,  the "claim" game, others dont tell anything. So we need new rules. On my point of view, the higher quality shall prevail but its not enough, designers must communicate on their projects. The sooner, the better.

well..here at intersim we are not part of that war !!!..i think this post is a little bit out..because i dont know the rest but we are not in war. everybody know what intersim is doing but they are more than welcome to make their version..there is a lot of airports in the world to design...in the past i closed projects because i dont want be in the middle..i believe in respect and i believe that if they can do a better version.. we all wins...for example..Havana..as you know..any one can make a version of the airport.and we are more than fine with that..in fact.i got a lot of photos of MUHA that "nobady" can find on the internet or going to the airport..and we can share those pics with anyone who want make MUHA..we dont have any problem with that...poor of that guy who think that he can make a fortune in this market and start fighting with all the rest for an airport,textures,planes,ect...at the end of the way you can see all of your work in pirates pages..thats for sure.. and thats why WE ARE THE DIFFERENCE..we are not here to make a fortune..i am here because i love what i am doing and i love my friends,my team and because this is our way to say thanks to all those Intersim' friends...

To Junior:

My friend, I have great respect for you.. if you are not to make money then why don't you give the scenery for free?

in our case, we need the money because is our only line of work and income.

To Boris:

How are you? anything new coming along for Ecuador?

Ricardo. thats a simple question..here are the 3 most important answers for me
1- because part of the money generated is used to pay some friends in cuba who put their life in risk trying to get some airport photos, and their internect connection
2 - To pay 2 of my 4 3d artists ( cesar and Markel),to pay our new video guy and supporters
3 - to maintain the website,hosting and INTERSIM ...
and to be more specific..I am not here for money but this doesn't mean that the rest of my team want a free world..they need money and i understand that..but dont worry..you will see a lot of freeware projects at INTERSIM for free starting with the free edition of Miami City...lol

Right Junior, we are in this business because nothing is free and we need the money... so don't say that we are here for charity.

by the way Mason has been doing this and is a metaphor, nothing of a real war per se.. just a term he is using to describe the competition. and is very interesting the way he puts it... I like this blog a lot.

Hi Ricardo:
Yes, I'm ready with the new version for FS9 of Guayaquil (includes also SESA, SETN and SESV), and then do a package with SECU and SERO (this last one a new airport in real life), also some minor changes for the actual SEQU for FS9 and FSX. BTW, just got all the blueprints of the new Quito's City Airport at Tababela, that will be for FS9 and FSX. I will fly soon to SEMT airport to take some pictures and that will be a nice scenery to make, because the one made by my friend Diego Guerra has lost all of its source files. ¡Regards!
