FS9/FSX. I stumbled across these guys a couple days ago. I have never heard of them but they have been arround for nearly 9 years and thus I assume there is a chance there may be many others as well are unaware of this company. Their products look to be as good as RealityXP but at less than half the usual RXP price. Have a look.

Sonderborg announced !

FSX. Vidan Design has just announced its new Danish airport project, Sonderborg EKSB, a small/mid-size airport, with a runway length of more than 5 700 feet.

FSX. Brian has sent us more exclusive of its San Diego City. To be released this week end on FSPilotShop.com for a fair price. More updates will come. Remember that LimeSim has also the project to release a US Cities X San Diego but no roadmap yet.

Nikola Tesla released!

FSX. I first announced this project back in February and it's been nearly a year in the making. Finally SkyHighSim has released their Belgrade upgrade for FSX and I must say it looks far better than the previous versions.

VRS TacPack

FSX. For those who may be interested in this sort of thing. We got a tip from a reader Dan (thanks Dan) that VRS may be looking to release their TacPack experience sometime before Christmas. For those wondering just what the heck this is, from what I understand, it basically allows you to compete in online dog fighting using real ammo and allows you to actually shoot down an opponent all within FSX. Interested?

Lyon St Exupéry exclusive!

FSX. A while back we debuted an AirDailyX exclusive look at Lyon. Our most recent update was back in early October. Well we have more early Alpha works in progress! Thanks again to our friend the developer who shall remain nameless for the time being.

Franche-Comté PHOTO available this week

FSX. France VFR is about to release Franche Comté, a french eastern region near Switzerland. The Photo Range is still the basic layer before a possible - but not shure - VFR final rendition. The French team is quite behind schedule in his plans on VFR / 3D Automation releases. Avoid this one unless you are very found of France...

A dececent payware Mu-2. Finally!

FSX. I wonder if MilViz should change their name at this point. After all, it's not just Mil anymore is it? These guys are working on quite a bit these days including VFR aircraft and civilian helicopters to couple with their military portfolio.  This aircraft however is a bit of both VFR and Mil. It's the Mitsubishi Mu-2. Throw away those freewares folks, we finally have a good one coming!

Airbus is imminent

FSX. Following the chat on Aerosoft Xtended forum topic, it appears that all bugs found by the beta team are now solved. Although i was wrong to announce it too soon last month, this is it. In a few days. I am still astonished by what i read this morning :

SanDiego buildings Part2

FSX. Brian Winton is progressing quite well on his San Diego project. With the first part well over 700 downloads in less than 2 weeks the second half consisting of the island of Coronado, is progressing quickly. Brian also corrected many taxiway and aprons for KZNY and filled the airport with many buildings.  Expected release is this weekend.

LVF San Diego: Preview 6!

FS9/FSX. Thanks to Jon and Latin VFR, this is the 6th preview of San Diego airport KSAN. Warning: this is still work in progress. The scenery is scheduled to be released January 2013, until further notice.

Vidan Aarhus X

FSX. A new version of the freeware scenery Aarhus Airport X is now available. In version 1.1 the apron light has been improved and most of the night textures have been replaced.

REX + Overdirve now on Simmarket!

FS9. It's known as the ultimate upgrade for FS9. Anyone using FS9 without REX must be crazy except Rainer Duda for obvious reasons. The FS9 masterminded product is now on Simmarket so if you haven't yet, go get it!

F111 released!

FSX. The name of this development mirrios their first achievement. F111 for FSX has just been released the F111 for FSX and it's now available with 2 versions.

A complete survey this morning shows that many FS developers are remaining silent. Not for the best of this market....

FS9/FSX. As the beta stage progresses, we bring you a few more shots of the upcoming DreamFactoryStudios Rome Fiumicino! I personally am very excited about this product as this is an airport I have visited a few times myself. Finally I can retire that old ISD version too. This version also reflects the airport in it's current state of development. Remember, these shots reflect the product as in development and may not reflect the final version upon release. And no: no release date yet.

AirDailyX Exclusive! Interview with ImagineSim!

As we begin to celebrate the Christmas season we also start to wrap up 2012. A lot of developers are moving to get their holiday products out in time for the big day and we at AirDailyX are quite busy as well keeping up with it all. But what's also important to us given the fact that we don't offer FS products ourselves, (at least not yet) is to release the products we do provide. Products our readers rely on us for such as our signature reviews, interviews etc. We'll today we have a great interview lined up so grab a a nice hot cup of cocoa and join us by the Christmas tree! We are having a nice chat with ImagineSim.

Budapest. Still going!

FS9/FSX. The young and amazing team LHSimulations is very much progressing on Budapest. We really admire this team. No textures or photoreal images applied to the 3D objects yet. But the team is progressing on their signature environmental enhancements like their trees and foliage. The ground image is looking quite sharp as well. Have a look!

New preview from Parthenosim

FSX. Italy ? We are desperately waiting for some progress in Cagliari (DeVinci 3de) but the developer is stuck with some hardware issue. In the meantime, the Italian young developer Parthenosim shows larger views of Linate LIML.

How i loose my money on tests

FS9/FSX. MSK Old Doha airport OTBD. Disappointment. And i really believed in this scenery. Some screenshots were promising.

Iris PC-21 getting closer!

FSX. We have been following the progress on this bird since back in March and it's nice to see this aircraft finally get closer to completion. Say it don't look good! :)

Doha released.

FS9/FSX. I honestly don't know why I thought this was going to be a freeware project. It wasn't mentioned on the FSDeveloper forum that it would be freeware but for some odd reason, I just assumed it would be... Either way, it's now available on Simmarket and I should note: it's the current airport, not the new modern airport currently being built.

Bell 407 : new preview

FSX. MilViz (F-86 Sabre, B-737-200 project) is also working on a Bell 407. Still a blank 3D model but a new 360° preview is available.

San Diego Buildings Part 1 released!

FSX/P3D. Our friend Brian just released his San Diego Buildings project. This is only part 1 to be soon followed by part 2 which will cover the island of Coronado. We have a teaser of part 2 here as well. Part 1 of scenery is now available for download as freeware.

Parthenosim still up

FSX. The Italian developer, Parthenosim, is still working on Milano Linate LIML. After a month of silence, new screens!

Yes! It will fit under the tree!

FSX/P3D. Now this is what I call an impressive bird! Carenado is kicking ass when it comes to the development of their SR22 GTSx Turbo. My mouth is just watering all over this bird. And the leather stitched seats... oh yeah! This is indeed going under my tree and from the looks of things, it will be ready before Christmas!

WIP becoming a reality!

FSX. Eagle Rotorcraft is progressing quite well on their Bell-222 project. In fact, even though it's clear there is still a lot of work to do, I can say the progress thus far is looking good. Quite good indeed! Just have a look at these shots.

JF 146-200/300 expansion pack.

FSX. JustFlight has just released their BAE 146-200/300 jetliner livery & full FMC expansion pack for the JF/CLS 146 product.

Hey you guys uh...

FSX. Um want more shots of this Airbus? I respect holding off on releasing a product until it's truly ready. The AirSimmer Airbus is proof of failure of this although, it was their internal issues that killed them off. It really looks like there is a good team behind this project and I think I speak for everyone that all the bugs and issues that plague the current Aerosoft Airbus should be killed off with this extended version. We have been reading the comments here and at Aerosoft. Needless to say, there are some very high expectations for this product. Let's hope the wait is worth the wait.

Kamchatka? Discarded...

FSX/P3D. 25 euros for a lost airport in a lost world. Much improvements compared with FSX defaut scenery but a very disappointing work. This scenery does not reach a 25 euros standard payware. The least this team could have done is including more custom autogen, a few static aircrafts and some better quality ground and runway textures, and that just for 20 euros.

Was this product supervised by Aerosoft ?

FSX.P3D. It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas as you can clearly see here on the blog! It's the best time of year and also a time when developers are pushing to get their products out for Santa to get everything delivered on time! The guys at Alabeo are showing off some of the final GeeBee pictures before release! Santa should make his deliveries in this bird this year!

More custom AI from LH!

FS9/FSX/XPL. LHSim, another group of friends of ours has just released their latest AI traffic pack. We totally love the quality of LHSim products and I am very excited to see more lovely ai bringing my LH sceneries to life! Also, LHPR is on sale! Read our review of it then go buy it!

717 coming our way!

FSX. TFDi Design is currentlu underway on the Boeing717. They say the aircraft will come in 2 versions: full commercial with all systems including FMS and a "lite" version. AirDailyX will be following theit progress very closely over the next year. I myself am a huge fan of the 717, an aircraft Boeing should have never stoped. I still remember seeing the last one roll off the line for AirTran. It broke my heart... Let's hope TFDi brings it justace!

SibWings + AN2 = WANT!

FSX. We just got a couple more shots of Sibwings' latest toy in development, the AN2 and this baby is beautiful! A perfect bird to enjoy over the Hungarian countryside!

MilViz 7372 update!

FSX. Our good friends over at MilViz have been quite busy! A couple weeks ago they sent us their awesome Sabre and we totally love the speed, visuals, and quality of that classic bird. Will it's another classic bird that has been under their knife, the B732 with it's latest update. BTW the Milviz F-86 and F-30 Sabre SP1 has just been Released!

FSX/P3D. Aerosoft has released this first work from Russian team RU Scenery design. Great idea but, in our opinion ? Wait a few days for our review. There are very few screenshots and that are not giving a good idea of this product. [DM].

 

Iris PC-21. WOW!

FSX. Finally a major update to the Iris PC-21 Pilatus project! Just look at the stunning details. Gotta love the Swiss. Amazing!
