So the question is, do you need it?

FSX. Francois Dumas (FSAddon+) has uploaded a video displaying the D-Day (June 6th 1944) in Juno beach. From the soldiers view, the graphics are not fantastic but it gives a nice perspective on what kind of special effects a pilot can see.

Now the questions : What France VFR is waiting for expanding this technology to other areas in the world ? (or to licence it?). Alsace is nice but not enough!

Prague! Prague! Prague!

FS9/FSX/P3D/XPL. My God finally I am so excited to see some offical screens of the upcoming Praha Ruzyne from XHT Labs and FSDG. I have been wanting this airport ever since I first visited Prague 5 years ago! It's a very lovely and modern airport and has been overlooked for far too long. Finally, very soon we all can enjoy it. Just look at these amazing screenshots! I'm happy!

IRIS Aviator Series - DA42

FSX. Iris flight simulationshas just released their DA42 on Simmarket. I hope it's better then the Eaglesoft version which couldn't even barely get off the ground at TFFJ. I refunded the Eaglesoft version perhaps the Iris version will make me happy !

FSX. France VFR has released its second french VFR scenery developed from its 3D Automation process. This process compiles several layers : photoreal, mesh, custom autogen etc. The first one was Haute-Normandie.

FS9/FSX/P3D. And then there were three... I recall the thunderstorm when Terry and Conor of Iresim decided to proceed with Luton a while back and a friendship lost with Gary Summons because of it. Not to mention the flame-wars that resulted. Not that Gary owns the rights to solely do UK airports but now with AviaSim now starting work on the airport begs the question: do we really need three? shit.

Taxi2gate Bratislava : Review !

FS9/FSX. Yes, Taxi2gate is one of our advertisers. But wow. Stop it. You have just arrived. This second Slovakian airport (after Kosice) is a great piece. And the team did it in less than 2 months.
