FSX/P3D. Here is the latest info on the MilViz 737: "We have decided that, for the moment, we have to delay the release of this product until we have the FMS working properly. This will take 15 days at least as our FMS coder is now on vacation (much needed and deserved). I apologize to all of you but most especially to those of you who pre-ordered the product. We're doing what we can. Thanks for your attention." Hey better to have everything done correctly right? We will keep you up to date as the news comes!

Well at least it's better than "We'll release it as soon as it's done". It's always nice to have more information.
Thanks for the info ADX, though I would have expected an email to us that preordered as well. Maybe ones on the way?
I'd much rather have it done right, so I'm glad they decided to postpone the launch to polish it up.
"Do something right, or don't do it at all," is something I tell my kids on almost a daily basis.
Very good life lessons indeed!
Ever thought how a child might interpret this message?
"Failure is not an option" but failure is the best way to learn in this life...
"Failure is not an option"
Who said that? I did not see those words anywhere.
Kids are not adults.
When you tell a kid to either do something or not do it at all it's like saying "do not fail". How can a kid -or anyone- ever know the outcome of something in advance?
To teach your kids to do their best is great, but also teach them that if they fail it's not the end of the world.
"You are allowed to fall, but you must get back up!"
The statement may be open to interpretation sure. Obviously his inital statement doesn't stand on its own. He was paraphrasing. But nonetheless, how I read the comment is to say, don't start out to do anything unless you plan to do it right and see it through to completetion.
Success or failure of such is a completely different conversation. This is about doing things the right way.
I guess I should say it a few different ways to not be needlessly critiqued...
"If you are going to do something, do it right."
"Do or do not, there is no try."
"Do your best."
"If you don't have time to do it right, when will you?"
You've got it right DAndre, don't plan on doing something unless you are going to do it right.
I did not intent to critise you Phil and I replied with full respect without bad intention.
It was the wording that was open to different interpretations and I just wanted to remind -or note- that children do not always understand things the way we do and it's easy for them to get the wrong message.
No hard feelings I hope! :)
No problems George.
