Never.. It's just a new fancy way of torturing the simmers :)))
Kiddin' of course. MS haven't disclosed date yet, they say it's in Beta, which given the state of the screenshots and the recently released videos, should be somewhere near the finish line. I'm personally would give a timeframe wild guess anywhere between 20 and 60 days.
Someone told me it is being released this Saturday. I hope it is true

I certainly wasn't expecting them the rewrite the entire EFIS, that's another way of saying that they're still in Alpha.
