FS9/FSX. And another UK 2000's airport, and one of the rares from Wales region.
Gary Summons has used all his technics applied on the Xtrem series, including high definition 32 bits optional textures. My only regret ? I would have like a larger area, including the city of Cardiff or the vicinity of the airport. Anyway, this work here, almost reaches perfection. And Gary should definitely try a much larger target. Maybe some heavy in the Commonwealth !
The 32 bits is optional if you want something better than
the DXT1 256 colors (-> but for higher performing processors).
As usual with UK 2000, thousands of static cars in parking lots.
In the config file, you can add/delete the static aircrafts here at GA apron, in the British
The 2D people really don't fit anymore with the quality reached
by the ground textures. Maybe some PeopleFlow-like in the future ?
I would have liked a larger area. Here, this corner on the right is from Gary's work and include high def photoreal textures but it doesn't stick to the left side. There is also a building in the center of this avenue.
These dusk textures are gorgeous.
Just a zoom here to give you an idea of the overal quality
A great work on shadows here
I am always impressed by the effectiveness of the runway lights.
(here at 1/4 mile visibility !)

Depends on the setup I suppose, my GE Pro works seamlessly with the airport base textures!
Just to comment on the Autogen trees and houses on the roads. These should not be there, because there are exclude files to remove autogen, UK2000 scenery is currently investigating why they appear in your screen shots
Ok thanks !
Maybe its coming from FTX central or from another autogen setting ??
Dom
V1.02 now removes those conflicting Autogen trees/houses from default or UTX users. Customers can download a small update from there login account.
