And now a flight center

FSX. Coolsky's DC9 is going to be an incredible product, with guides, schematics and.. a flight center to configure your aircraft.

Am I the only one who notices this?

Okay so every now and then I get off track and start going off on a tangent. This is one of those moments. Okay I love movies and more to the point I love SciFi movies. But being a total FS nut, does anyone else besides me like to spot flight simulation products in movies? Well I do and I freak out every time I see something I have right at home on the big screen! This is so funny to me.

Introducing Peine Simulations!

FSX. For the past month I have been following Peine Simulations a small German team working on Sportflugplatz Bonn-Hangelar airport. The quality looks very nice! These are the latest shots posted today.

Scooch over ISD!

The "Battle of Dublin" begins!!

FS9/FSX. In the wake of Aerosoft announcing and subsequently showing their first works in progress of Dublin, Terry of Eiresim shows them up and proves he is awake and alive on his project. Being an offspring of Ireland myself, I am quite excited. May the best man win!

We dish out more Dash!

FSX. I am perhaps overly excited about this aircraft but I just can't help it! Besides, who else is releasing news late on a Sunday evening?  Here are the latest shots released!

Back to Dominica X

FSX. Looking at Grenada X, i have found Dominica X from the same developer, on a well known FS library of freewares. Dominica X, designed two years ago, is modeling the whole island, located between Martinique and Guadeloupe in Caribbean. Airports included.

Had to "Dash" out 1 more!

FSX. Majestic. Looked so good I had to post it! Ok off to bed!

Vidan Sindal : Hot test

FSX. An airport from the Danish airfields serie from Vidan Design. Bought it just for this "petit pan de mur rouge", like the Vermeer View of Delft.

France VFR : Roadmap explained

FS9/FSX. Laurent, France VFR CEO, has re-explained what will be the following release.

Hamar Stafsberg, a new stop in Norway

FSX. Developed as a freeware by Thomas Lorentzen, the Norwegian airport is a nice stop for general aviation (runway length around 2900 feets). Homes and Buildings are irreproachable. Find if for free on Avsim library.

Erfurt ? Drop and forget..

FSX. It took me a long time before buying Erfurt. The airport parking view was not really good. But that's Aerosoft signature and i finally burned my Visa. For... nothing.
But i am not judging. Everybody needs to eat and developers are all able to progress. I am just suspicious that Erfurt has been developed on Sketchup...

PMDG statement on P3D EULAs

After reviews with their lawyers, PMDG confirms that Lockheed Martin EULAS, as industrial clauses, are not compatible with their current business model and philosophy. The strong relation established with Boeing is another limitation.

http://forum.avsim.net/topic/384876-pmdg-releases-statement-regarding-eulas-for-p3d/

Another glimpse of Mega Dublin

If all goes well...

FS9. If all works out well FS9ners may get a new 732 with full VC. It's an old model Eric Cantu left unfinished. If there are any modelers out there, your input may be useful.

FSX. Majestic is really impressing us with the Dash! Just check out these lovely shots of the weather radar, the VC texturing, everything is just... Sweet!

It's LHSim's 3rd birthday and they are celebrating with a special anniversary sale! Now is the time for you to take advantage of what I have been making such a big deal about this year!

Atlanta KATL unveiled

FS9/FSX. This is supposed to be a whole new version of Atlanta, by Imagine Sim. "From scratch". First pictures published a few hours ago.

But. Do we like... need another one?

FSX. Another Soekarno-Hatta in development by Indonesia Scenery. According to the developer, this version was started prior to Onet Valley and Bdo Aviation. Supposedly there was an existing agreement that BDO would only release a FS9 version and Indonesia Scenery would proceed with the FSX version. But BDO released both versions anyway. I guess my position is, people can't wait forever. Either way, the work is looking good. As for which of the 3 is the better? You be the judge.

Toncontin...LVF

FSX. There was Toncontin LVF, then T2G, and then LVF.. etc. The winner ? This fabulous dangerous airport with its slope runway and exotic surroundings.

Thanks Shez !

FS9 (and FSX, far far away in the galaxy). SunSkyJet has posted A screenshot. KDTW, Detroit Met. heavy project. Thank, anyway. If you are new in this FS worls, Sunskyjet has released KPHL FS9/FSX, free....

Project Opensky site closed...

This was a very good group of people who served the community for many years for free. I remember way back in the day when I refused to purchase payware aircraft because of these guys. For what ever reasons they could not move forward together. But at last, the site is now gone... Good bye posky...
Everyone can easily differentiate ADX from the all other news services because of our opinions. Sometimes we are right on the mark, sometimes we are not... Well, this time we are trying a new way to anger everyone... or make them laugh. I guess it just depends on what side of the bed you wake up on. We are trying out a new comic strip...

A2A Sim releases the Albatros

FSX. A2A Simulations (AccuSim, 377 Stratocruiser, P-51...) has released the Albatros D.III, a World war one German biplane.

Saddle up! Orbx's back

FSX/P3D. Ken Hall has posted gorgeous previews of OG39, an airfield for Central Rockies mountains. Ah.. contryside, horses, ..

Oh hell yeah baby!

FS9/FSX. Do I really need to say anything or should these after dark photos of Mykonos speak for themselves?

ADX goes P3D

P3D. As a die-hard FS9 fan, I have made the decision to invest in Prepar3D to see if this is indeed a worthwhile platform and give more of an in-depth look for those who are very curious and interested if a switch is worthwhile. Now that Microsoft is in peril, it's time we examine available options. At the moment, we are not considering X-Plane. So P3D, it looks like you are on deck! Stay tuned!

((-D'))

A note from QualityWings

Claus Kludder's Piper 28

FSX. The Danish developer (Scansim, Copenhagen) is posting some work on a personal Piper 28 project. Let's see what's coming out of this.

Bretagne VFR coming soon

FSX. France VFR has posted a few shots from its next "VFR" range of products, after the astonishing Haute-Normandie. This one will include the famous 3D autogen and a new colorimetry.  The choice of Bretagne is unfortunate however for those who already bought the previous version. Hope they will get a discount.

Mykonos really coming together!

Andrea is back!

FS9. Finally after some silence Andrea is back and putting the final touches on the WTC complex. Will we get more buildings for Las Vegas? Will just have to wait and see... WTC should be released shortly and should hold us over till DDesign's Manhattan project due Q1 2013.

Imagine SIm now beta testing Atlanta

FS9/FSX. Cal Levin is now beta testing Atlanta KATL. The bad news is that's a whole new scenery and previous buyers of this airport will not have any special discount. Business as usual !

UK 2000 Edinburgh : Hot test

FS9/FSX.  The Xtrem version 3 of Edinburgh airport after 2008 first release. A multi-purpose airport for many kind of flights.
