FSX/P3D. Orbx is still at it today with yet another FTX Global preview - this time, some screenshots depicting several different areas throughout Europe. The preview captures are looking very good, no doubt anticipation is building for this release. Take a look inside for more shots.

Yes yes ... but I read ... the captures screens for preview "Ftx Global" are made by John Venema with a lot of tiers programm add-on ...lol ...
It is not very honest to present the future product in this way
What about Africa ???? Not a single shot of africa..... Who cares right ? SHAME ON YOU . Tons of pics about ameica europe......
Stop the crying, this is FTX Global. FTX are in the process of doing the whole world. It will all get done.
That shot of Nice Airport is not too convincing... The area west of the airport is a lot more built up than that shot indicates. It is not the Camargue next to Nice airport, Cagnes sur Mer is a rather bustling in my memory...
You always have to be careful with such portrayals. I particularly dislke the use of enhancers such as ENB and the like, rose-tinted glasses. Their FTX regions and airport products are generally good enough to shine without such measures, I don't know to this day with the FTX CEO does this...
ENB is available to anyone free of charge. And to this day I can't figure out why anyone wouldn't want to use it, it makes such a huge difference. Without it, FS looks flat and washed out.
It's really fine, but Nice doesn't look nice or realistic :)
You have to understand what the product does and what not. It is NOT a landclass-product enhancing were built-up areas are - it is (most and for all) FTX Global (in contrast to the regions) is ONLY a replacement of the default textures (with some optional other enhancements), however worldwide, and IMO these new textures look much better than the default ones!
Which means not much improvement = No money spent.
