Aerosoft Fairbanks : our own screenshots

Fairbanks PAFA

FSX.  Third Alaskan airport distributed by Aerosoft after Dutch Harbor and Anchorage. Designed by Thorsten Lot (Sim-Wings).

FSX defaut

Sim-Wings version

The city of Fairbanks has been redesigned with a photoreal ground layer and rearranged autogen.

Many shadows effects on textures.

Th road traffic has apparently been tuned to a raisonable speed.
Many trucks here.

Several static vintage aircrafts here and there.

Combination between shadows, photoreal-like textures and water (REX here) is
gorgeous. Many views are looking like Orbx airfields but without People Flow tech.

Photoreal textures

This is the new terminal. But even so, it"s looking a bit too "clean".

 Gates include marshallers.

Here with  Mytraffic Lite. This old version doesn't use Alaska Airlines.

De-icing areas. No equipments here. You will need AES.

The main terminal, passengers side. No animations, no displays, no people. Nothing !

But here a great view, showing how the lights and shadows are effective.

Frozen lake in winter.
