FSX. YES, YES, YES!!! Breath, man, breath! Okay.....I'm excited about this, if you couldn't tell. Milviz has finally posted some new King Air pics...not many, and they are night shots, but new stuff none-the-less. Ohh, I can't wait for the Collins Pro Line 21 goodness. It looks fantastic, and that cockpit lighting is a sweet thang.

Holy **
It looks like real!
That looks sick, just like real
P*ta que pariu!!! Perfect!
On other Milviz news, Bernd Stolle, the main FDE designer at Milviz, quit today. I'm not sure why he quit, but I saw this news on their forums:
http://www.milviz.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=3476&p=33377&hilit=resignation#p33377
I hope this doesn't impact their current projects in a negative way.
Whoa.. sounds pretty bad, I wonder the reason. Milviz is doing great lately!
I've been shown the door by Milviz quite a few times already. The last time it happened I decided that enough is enough.
I second that! And all the above...
That's very sad Bernd, I'm so sorry to hear that. I was looking forward to you working your FDE magic on the 350i and I guess this will not happen now.
Sounds like Milviz have acted a bit hot-headed in showing you the door, that almost sounds like you got threatened, like "our way or the highway" stuff.
What a shame!
There is no one better to do King Air sim FDE than Mr. Stolle.
With Bernd Stolle no longer working for Milviz there is a real risk that Milviz aircraft will have Carenado type flight models, a disaster in my opinion.
I hope Milviz find a way to get Bernd Stolle back on board, they need him and our community is a whole lot richer with his FDE designs.
I hope Bernd and Milviz can reconcile.
That's in interesting observation considering the fact that I designed the FDE for the last 12 Carenado planes and all Alabeo fixed wing planes except the Pitts....
Bernd Stolle seems upset enough to mention "I've been shown the door by Milviz quite a few times already" here, that's pretty shocking.
I can't imagine that Colin Pearson at Milviz would have done whatever he did lightly, even if his forum handle is Krazycolin.
It's a real shame that this has happened Bernd and Colin, now please kiss and make up :-)
I have flown most of the Carenado AC in real life, and for the most part find they are pretty darn close to the real thing. Sure, some of the turbines needed a bit of .cfg tweaking for the fuel flows and performance.....but the FDE's are as close as I think you could get. Keep in mind that everyone's settings, systems and controls are different, so user experience may vary. I have yet to find an add-on that duplicates the real thing perfectly....although they are getting closer all the time. And for GA, nobody is doing it better than Carenado and Alabeo...IMHO.
Mr. Bernd Stolle is one of the best FDE designers! I hope you sir will find something better & stay with the community despite this:)
Personally i've always thought the Carenado King Airs handled very well. I've spent quite a bit of time in both King Airs and Metroliners and I don't think Bernt could've done any better on either of them! Personally I hope you also work on the E120, Saab 340 and PC-12NG! :)
I find Carenado's TBM 850 one of their worst and most disappointing, the performance is totally off.
I hope that Wilco hurry and finish off theirs, it looks a lot more promising.
Looks like you never found the flaps850 position on the Carenado TBM :P
