FSX/P3D. A much bigger and better picture of the Razbam Metroliner cabin was just released and personally I think it looks quite good. There were a few of you coming out against the cabin being modeled into the model for various reasons but I quite like it and believe it will be a very fitting addition to this lovely aircraft. Besides, I am sure you anti cabin folks will be able to disable it in the .CFG anyway...

I don't know, I've never really seen the point of modeling the cabin. It's not like that's where I'll be hanging out. It's one thing if it's a small GA plane, or something where the cabin would be clearly visible from the pilots seat (eg. the twotter).
I'm not really upset or anything. It's neat, I guess, maybe good for a few screenshots. I just hope it's not a drag on performance (more polygons to render) or on dev resources that could be used for other projects.
The Metro doesn't have a cockpit door (it does have a small and rarely used curtain)...so the cabin is visible just like the Twin Otter or a GA aircraft.
I love cabins! They make the aircraft feel real and complete. It's also fun to tour around on long flight legs when the autopilot is employed. Computers will only get stronger, not weaker. Eventually virtual cabins will have a less significant impact on performance. It makes sense to me for developers to be forward thinking with their designs, rather than allow it to *date* quickly...
Metro doesn't have an autopilot either...so be careful when touring the cabin during long flights! lol :P
Do a barelroll!
