One Shot - Orbx Southampton (EGHI)!!!

FSX/P3D. Orbx has posted one more preview capture from the upcoming Southampton International Airport (EGHI) and it looks fantastic. This has got to be one of my most anticipated airport releases this year. Especially as the developer is 29Palms... Take a closer look inside.

As someone who has lived close to the airport for most of my life, something about the colours/textures and the landclass looks quite off. Otherwise it does look excellently done.

That's neat that the railyard will have some animated trains, will definitely bring a new dimension to final approach!

This approach is amazing! Surely the best I have seen.

This is a day-1 purchase for me, absolutely no question. 29Palms + Orbx = winning combo!

Amazing details in the approach, well beyond what to expect especially compared to the UK2000 airports which never have anything beyond the airport fence ever.

Cannot wait!

I would think that is a beta or alpha shot before final color cleanup is done (look at the green dirt for example).

Holy crap - now that looks brilliant! After the Orbx announcement of de-prioritising UK airports, I'm hoping this sells really well to make them realise these small jet ports are the way to go.

Animated Virgin trains on approach! Wow! More of this kind of thing please! A lot more! Just makes the place feel alive so nicely when there's things outside the airport going on, not necessarily related to aviation...Just adds another level of immersion for me. Day 1 purchase for me too! Great choice of UK airport by Orbx. Like DannyH73 says, these jet/Q400 type ports or even large medium/large airports are the way to go for best UK sales. Plus interesting airfields in interesting locations.
