FSX/P3D. Aerosoft has posted one image this morning of Airbus 318/319 development progression. Obviously, the project is still a work in progress but very nice to finally see something. Further, Mathijs Kok of Aerosoft states the following, "As promised all these developments will also be released for the A320/A321 (without additional costs)". Take a closer look inside.

woo!! terrain radar!
To be precise. This is not "Terrain Radar" but part of the EGPWS. It operates of a (GPS/IRS) database. In the lower right corner you can see the "peak mode" indcating the highest and lowest elevation within the field of view.
I would rather have the A330 first...
Wing flex? :)
I hope so
Me Too! Would definitely prefer the larger memebers of the family first, anyday!
Aerosoft doesn't do wing flex! THEY say it's because the wings don't flex.. but I think their modelers just don't know how to do it.
I remember reading something like that from Mr. Mathijs Kok from the Aerosoft forum.
It's bad that all Aerosoft products don't offer wing flex. AXE A320/A321 soon A318/A319 and the CRJ700/900.
I only hope the A330 will get some wingflex. Otherwise they're going to mess up the whole project.
seriously no one neeed wingflex, it looks very unrealistic...
Unfortunate as it is, I'm afraid I have to sadly agree with you there.
And once again the wingflex trolls wade in... :)
All aircraft wings flex in the real world, even the stiffest of wings must flex. The question is always going to be whether it is visible... Does any FSX model "need" to model flex? No... it is nice if the real world aircraft has visible flexing and it gets modelled... if not, so what? I suppose iof you "fly" your FSX plane from the outside view only, you might miss it, but what is the point of a realistic model if you need an unrealsitic viewpoint in order to appreciate it in real time (ie not via some playback mode...)?

I really hope they will redo the PFD display....Aerosoft's A320 PFD is really bad, doesn't look real at all.....go & learn something from PMDG!
When it comes to making complex aircrafts like Airbus I think you have to take baby steps just like Aerosoft and Black Box Simulation is doing right now. I am glad that Aerosoft is making A318/319 and hopefully A330 because I like how they are not so far from PMDG quality it just takes time to make Airbus because it's Airbus is fly by wire and computer driven.
As sad as it is to say, I think Aerosofts Airbus is going to be the way forward. FSL is taking too long building crap they don't need to on an otherwise great plane. By the time FSL gets the A32X series done Aerosoft will be finished with the A330 series probably. I just hope Aerosoft keeps cracking away at it and gets everything done right so it is some what flyable.
Well they're taking their sweet old time to get the A319 released. Originally when Aerosoft released their A320/A321 Basic I thought to myself "smart business move, bundle the A320 with the much less popular A321 and charge the punters extra for the more popular A319" (like PMDG had done later with the NGX 600/700) but then a year's gone by, and then another with the extended version, and now the A319 is still not available......I mean the Aerosoft bus isn't that complex, they didn't even bother simulating EPR with the IAE engines so why did it take them so long to modify the 3D model? Captainsim can usually do it within a month or 2.
What?, it doesn't look real ? What isn't real ?
Are u blind or what? AEX PFD looks like crap! make an comparison to the real thing....totally unbelievable that u don't see the difference!

looks like you are blind...
Where is the difference ?
