For the same reason why several people will get it before you. Im sorry you dont have the common sense to answer this question yourself...
I like that 29Palms individually designs the flat roof, too. This isn't very common, others just cut a tile from the Airport groundlayout even it is blurry and "glue" it at the wireframe. :)
And they demonstrate that bump-mapping is a benefit of FSX and should be used more often.
Lights do also look fantastic.
I don't like Skiathos! The grass is like in FS2004! :-(
