If i am toying with these figures and give a "weight" of 12,5 US $ for the 1st class,
32,5 US $ to the 2nd class, 57,50 $ to the 3rd class and 102,5 $ to the last class,
the average budget would be around 62 US dollars.
39 people ( 13 % ) will have less than 25 US $.
66 people ( 23 %) will have 25 to 40 US $.
74 people ( 26 % ) will have 40 to 75 US $.
105 people ( 36 % ) will have more than 75 US $ to spend.
