Am I the only one who notices this?

Okay so every now and then I get off track and start going off on a tangent. This is one of those moments. Okay I love movies and more to the point I love SciFi movies. But being a total FS nut, does anyone else besides me like to spot flight simulation products in movies? Well I do and I freak out every time I see something I have right at home on the big screen! This is so funny to me.

So personally, I am a HUGE fan of the Alien franchise all the way back to the first Alien film when Sigourney Weaver fought the alien wearing those hot panties and cut-off shirt... she had such a smokin' hot body back then... before I was born LOL!
Anyway, if you are an Alien fan like me and if you haven't seen Prometheus get it on Blu-Ray. Too late to see it in theaters. Anyway, oh wait: did anyone else think the ship was totally awesome?? Man I want that ship for Christmas!!
Okay getting back on point. As I mentioned before, I love when I see FS products in movies. It happens all the time like in the film "The Day The Earth Stood Still" used the Saitek X52Pro to control the attack drones. I could name several movies like this. Maybe some of you could point out some movies like this out too so I can check it out.

Well the awesome Ion Drive powered Prometheus deep space research vessel is controlled by none other than the following devices:

I spot with my little eye my Thrustmaster Warthog Throttle and the Saitek Cyborg F.L.Y Personally I have the CyborgX that I use for simming on my Vaio. And it looks just like the one above minus the nice LED light thingy. I love that it comes apart for travel. So anyway, you can imagine when I saw my Warthog on the big-screen. I was all like the Prometheus is powered by my toys!

Anyone else have a film list?

Okay that's all. Back to the news. Sorry to screw up your time like this!

I'll go play with my Legos...

I'm out!

Good post !

Personally i liked the Alien presequel. Very inventive although they did note give us a lot of clues on this super ET race...
The last scene with the huge ships is pure sci-fi.
