AWG, First candle and a surprise...

The young team, AWG, is updating its blog to explain the progress accomplished during their first year. In the meantime, the resourceful team is announcing a Dublin X project.

Early stage of AWG Dublin X project.

We are always enthousiast with D'Andre about new projects but upon our experience now, 30 % of these are not achieved. For instance, we don"t have any more news about Parthenosim and Milan Linate. So maybe the guy is stuck somewhere or has just changed his mind ? Not really cool. And we could say exactly the  same thing about Eiresim Dublin. Tons of screenshots and suddenly, nothing...

EireSim needs to get on the ball...

Oh no they don't, not when you got our version! ;)

And expect some interesting technologies in Dublin X such as animated people/animals and a lot of which is yet to be revealed.

Interesting technologies that Orbx have had for 18 months? Cool!

AWG Simulations said...

Well....if you want to say that, but I personally don't like us being compared with ORBX as they normally do smaller GA airfields (with some exceptions) whereas we are going to do large 'hub' airports. ;)

Nice way to encourage those developers...

Looks awesome! When is the expected release date? I assume the ground will be of a similar high quality?

Thank you! :D

We are not just doing the airport but a small area around the airport to give total immersion. We expect it to be available for Christmas at the latest. ;)

Wow sounds fantastic! Im guessing it will blend in with the existing vfr imagery?

What existing VFR imagery? If you are referring to the PLaysims/Horizon VFR scenery it will.
